INDOOR MEETING Karlsruhe - Athletics

The best performance of the year, three national records and a meeting record was experienced by the spectators at the INDOOR MEETING track and field event in Karlsruhe. For the Bender team, this meant a meticulous planning and optimal coordination on site in order to build the 7 grandstands on time in the exhibition hall. Nine lorries were needed in order to bring approximately 4,700 grandstand seats to the site. All structures were more than one metre higher in order to provide optimal views. The grandstands were erected in an arena form around the competition field. This provided a unique and breath-taking ambience for both the spectators and the athletes.
